Our Philosophy
The International Leadership Coaching academy exists to develop highly-skilled, self-aware coaches who are competent and confident to work with global leaders in a holistic manner to support transformational change processes.
We envision a global network of leadership coaches who have been trained to the highest level of coming alongside leaders to facilitate coaching along a continuum of skills, performance, developmental and transformational coaching. This program has been designed by an international team of trainers and faculty with a vast scope of experience and background to equip coaches beyond the primarily Western approaches to coaching to engage meaningfully with clients from a wide variety of backgrounds and contexts.Graduates will be committed to ongoing growth and development through regular supervision and peer-learning in a global learning community. While our focus clearly is on the third sector, our training equally equips those who seek to support and develop leaders through coaching in the corporate space.
